Here in LA, fall might be drawing near, but we've still got a few tricks up our sleeves. The 87th edition of the LA County Fair opens Labor Day weekend, continuing through October 4, with a passport to attractions, entertainment, shopping and the best eats you'll find in LA (at least for 23 days) - all at an affordable price.

Jurassic Planet

With a roar and a rumble, the LA County Fair is bringing dinosaurs back from the Jurassic.  The all-new Jurassic Planet exhibit features incredible life-like robot dinosaurs and recreated landscapes from every continent in the world, and presents dramatic, animated representations of the strange and unfamiliar dinosaurs that ruled the planet for millions of years.

A Canine Adventure

Stop by and admire man's best friend at Bark Park, where dogs rule.  Witness amazing canine feats at Splash Dogs and Extreme Canines Stunt Dog Show.

Going Green

Get ready to make a world of difference. Going Green is an experimental exhibit on green living featuring everything from a rainforest - home of a 200-pound python - to the benefits of solar power, energy-efficient automobiles and planet-friendly products.

Sing with the Stars

The End of Summer Concert Series will definitely rock you. You'll find the biggest names in entertainment from country music to disco, from classic rock to extreme monster truck and motocross action. This 19-night lineup is not to be missed. Best of all, limited general admission seating for the concerts is free with general Fair admission. A Price You Can Afford

Perhaps the greatest attraction at the Fair this year is the value.  There are so many discounts and promotions offering reduced pricing, you can't afford NOT to come.  A season pass is only $24.95 - that's just over $1 per day.  Opening weekend is only $1 for admission from 10am - 1pm.  And McDonald's Wednesdays offer admission, unlimited carnival rides and more for just $20.
